About the Course

This comprehensive and hands-on training program is designed to deliver the essential skills and knowledge needed to manage a variety of wounds effectively. In this intensive 8-hour course, participants will delve into the intricacies of wound care, mastering techniques that are crucial in emergency response scenarios.

Our curriculum focuses on practical skills that are vital in the field, ensuring that participants are well-prepared to handle diverse wound types. Throughout the course, students will learn suturing, gaining proficiency in the precise closure of wounds. Additionally, participants will be trained in the application of wound glue, wound clips, and medical staples, providing a well-rounded understanding of wound closure methods.

To enhance emergency response capabilities, the course places a strong emphasis on the utilization of haemostatic agents, tourniquets, and blast bandages. Students will learn how to effectively control bleeding and stabilize patients with these essential tools, preparing them to respond confidently in high-pressure situations.
