The Qualsafe Level 4 Award in Mentoring Ambulance and Emergency Services Personnel (RQF) is ideal for experienced ambulance and emergency services personnel who are looking to progress their careers by gaining the skills required to become a mentor, supervisor or team leader responsible for learning and development in the workplace.
Overview
Over a 3 day period, learners will gain knowledge in areas such as: developing a culture of learning in their workplace, understand strategies in the mentoring process, creating a mentoring programme and much more. 2 x Theory assessments (workbooks)
1 x Reflective journal
1 x Simulated tutorial and Witness testimony.
Certification
Successful learners will receive a personalised Qualsafe Level 4 Award in Mentoring Ambulance and Emergency Services Personnel (RQF) e-Certificate immediately after their results have been submitted, subject to HART EMS’s Direct Claims Status and any required actions.
